Tamara Etienne, Labor Land Doula Founder
Welcome to Labor Land Doula!
At Labor Land Doula, we're passionate about supporting families through the transformative journey of pregnancy and birth. Founded by Tamara Etienne, a dedicated Birth Doula, Pregnancy and Birth Educator, and Elementary School Teacher, our mission is to make herbal doula practices accessible to all.
Tamara's vision for Labor Land Doula goes beyond just providing doula services. She believes in creating a community where birth workers and families come together in times of need, offering holistic support and guidance every step of the way.
Tamara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Labor Land Doula. With a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a master’s degree in Health Administration, and training as a Certified Doulas Of North America (DONA) Doula and Southern Birth Justice Network (SBJN) Trained Birth Justice Doula, she is committed to empowering families to make informed choices about their birthing experience.
We're proud to be part of the National Black Doula Association and the South Florida Birth Doula Collective, and Tamara is a mentee with the Metro Mommy Agency Doula program.
Based in sunny Miami, FL, Labor Land Doula is more than just a business—it's a labor of love. Join us as we dance, eat, read, and talk about all things birth, wellness, herbs, and business.
Thank you for visiting Labor Land Doula. We look forward to supporting you at each stage of your reproductive journey.
With love and gratitude,
The Labor Land Doula Team 💗
