Welcome to Labor Land Agency!

At Labor Land agency, we're passionate about supporting families through the transformative journey of pregnancy and birth. Founded by Tamara Etienne, a dedicated Birth Doula, Bain Fey Practitioner, Pregnancy and Birth Educator, Elementary School Teacher, Health Administrator, Midwife Assistant, and Student Midwife, our mission is to make herbal doula practices accessible to all.

Tamara's vision for Labor Land agency goes beyond just providing doula services. She believes in creating a community where birth workers and families come together in times of need, offering holistic support and guidance every step of the way, Bringing Bliss Back to the Birth Space. This goal to bring the Bliss of Birth back is for all races of people - we all deserve to live and so do our babies.

Tamara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Labor Land. With a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a master’s degree in Health Administration, Doulas Of North America (DONA)  and National Black Doulas Association training, and certification with Southern Birth Justice Network (SBJN) As a Certified Doula, she is committed to empowering families to make informed choices about their preconception, birthing and postpartum experience.

We're proud to be part of the National Black Doula Association and the South Florida Birth Doula Collective, Metro Mommy Agency's D-CHOT Climate Doula Program and the Bain Fey Network.

Based in sunny Miami, FL, Labor Land Agency is more than just a business—it's a labor of love. Join us as we dance, eat, read, and talk about all things birth, wellness, herbs, and business.
