The 4th trimester is a time for rest and relaxation and having a trained postpartum doula by your side makes that rest possible. Get support with breastfeeding, light housework, meal prep, care for your self as you heal, care for your infant if you just gave birth overnight!

48 hours - Minimum 6 hours per visit - 8 visits
